Thousands of companies around the world have seen the importance of digital communication. The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining, increasing and, in a certain way, defending the company's relationships with its customers.
There are Community Manager functions that are universal, however, there are others that depend on the needs of the business and the way of working of the people, companies and/or agencies that manage the brands.

The 8 types of Community Managers are:
1. Freelance Community Manager

The person responsible for carrying out the strategies proposed by the Social Media Strategist does not plan, but rather executes the measures taken by the account executives, based on the objectives set.


4. Analyst
This person is responsible for planning the different media or (social) networks in which the company must have a presence. He/she analyses the digital platforms that adapt to the objectives and target audiences.
