In this blog we have already talked about English for waiters , today we are going to tell you English expressions and vocabulary for receptionists so that you are as prepared as possible. English vocabulary for hotel receptionists
Have you got any rooms available?: Are there any rooms available?
Do you have a reservation?: Do you have a reservation?
I have a reservation for a single panama phone number list for two nights: I have a reservation for a single room for two nights.
Can I book a room for tonight please? : Can I book a room for tonight?
Could I see your passport, please?: Could I see your passport, please?
Do you have wireless internet connection in the hotel?: Is there wifi in the hotel?
Is VAT included in the price?: Is VAT included?
Could I have an invoice?: Could you make me an invoice?
Room service : room service.
Bunk bed : bunk bed.
A single room : single room.
A double room for one person : double room for individual use.
A room with a double bed : room with a double bed (also called a queen bed or, if it is extra large, a king bed ).
A room with two single beds : a room with two single beds.
A cot: a cradle.
And an extra tip: when saying room numbers, you usually say “oh” instead of zero . For example, 702 = seven oh two .
