UK plugs and voltages

Earth and power sockets. In England, the sockets have three pins instead of two. It is therefore impossible to plug an English appliance into a Spanish socket. The reverse is also difficult, as you have to insert something into the top hole (the earth socket) so that the sockets open, and the holes are rectangular instead of round.
