According to overseas reports, the United States is expected to introduce a new export control on AI chips this week. According to institutional analysis, the measures will likely focus on two aspects.
First, licensing requirements are implemented for the foundry of 7nm chips. The previous restriction on TSMC's A1 chip manufacturing may be continued, and overseas production capacity will suspend 7nmn and below foundry business for some AIGPU customers in mainland China. If one of the following conditions is triggered, it will be restricted:
