While this isn’t a low-budget option, if you work in PR and outreach, it’s often worthwhile to subscribe to a media database to help you find contact details for potential journalists.

The benefit of using a media database is that these usually have teams constantly adding to and updating their offerings, meaning that if a journalist moves to a new publication, their details will be updated.

You can expect to pay $$$ or more per month for access to the media database. However, it’s worth it if you’re doing PR-driven outreach and publicity at scale. It’s a great way to not only look up someone’s contact details within one platform, but also build a full media list and find new leads.

Gorkana
Roxhill Media
Vuelio
Journolink
