Fail #3 -
If you are working on creating or improving a product, you should not trust the words of people that are not supported by anything.
Most of the people you interview will tell you how great your idea is, how everything will definitely fly, how they support you and in general you are a great guy, that in these difficult times... etc. You can only trust those who are ready to give firm commitments, who are ready to pay or sign for a new product or feature, everything else is just to amuse themselves.
Well, the lessons have been learned, the literature has been read, we are ready to move on.
Success #2 - Adding a Minimum Tariff
When we created the product, we decided to make o poland consumer email list nly one paid tariff of 2,500 rubles per year, for the full functionality of the Setuper service. Users were reluctant to pay for a year in advance, despite the fact that they used the product in the free version.
It was decided to add a tariff for paying for 1 month of service for 500 rubles. The number of payments increased sharply.
