Hummingbird – Google’s latest search engine coup!
Google's search engine accesses a large database in which fully automatic information collectors, so-called crawlers, have stored all information about websites. When a user makes a search query, Google pulls information from this database in order to deliver suitable results. Google regularly changes its top-secret search algorithms and now there is something new: Hummingbird...

What is Hummingbird?
Google Hummingbird is the English term for hummingbird. Google chose this name because the new search algorithm is intended to offer users the argentina phone data most striking characteristics of a hummingbird: speed and precision. This means that the new search results can be accessed quickly, but on the other hand the suggested results should be as precise as possible in terms of the user's search query. Previously, when a user entered a search query into Google, the search engine processed this query word for word. Instead of accessing individual keywords, Google Hummingbird now reads related terms to enable a higher hit rate. For the user, this means that even complex search queries can be processed better.

The interim result after one month in service
Hummingbird was launched a month ago without users actively noticing or being informed about it. However, the analyses of search queries and the associated results from the last month attest to the success of the nimble search bird: According to Google, the Hummingbird algorithm affects almost 90% of search queries!
