Post by bitheerani319 »

Each of us has a burning desire to be a leader, whether we want to admit it or not! We are not talking about a leader who will just give orders, but one who will lead, inspire and thus revolutionize a certain area.

At Brainster Next College , the first hands-on IT college in our country, nothing is average. We are a vibrant ecosystem filled with exceptional students, dedicated professors, and innovative companies, all united by a common ambition – to be the home of future leaders. Those who will push the boundaries!

Born leaders? Well, not really.
Childhood heroes destined for great deeds. You’ve heard the stories. While rcs data switzerland romantic notion of “born leaders” has some truth to it, it’s not the whole picture. Many individuals possess natural qualities such as charisma, confidence, or a curious mind that are characteristics of leaders. But leadership itself is created through experience and development.

At Brainster Next College, we believe that leadership is not a birthright. Yes, we see innate qualities. But with the help of our mentors and professors, real-world experiences, and innovative educational programs, we help students remember that they can lead, not just blindly follow.

This synergy between natural talent and acquired skills is what truly sets Brainster Next College apart . We not only identify potential leaders, we empower them to flourish and make a significant impact.

Kire, Belma, Daniel, Tamara… These are just some of our exceptional students who want to break the rules and create new ones. To lead, not blindly follow.

For Kire Jordanov , our second-year student in the Software Engineering and Innovation study program, leadership can be defined in many ways, but essentially, it refers to the ability of a person to lead, inspire, and influence a specific group of people towards achieving common goals. As a student who looks towards prosperity and success, leadership for him not only involves managing projects or teams, but also implies developing skills such as empathy, responsibility, and the ability to listen, understand, and learn from others.

"Leadership for me is the ability to be at the forefront of innovation and creativity, with a certain leading figure who will be synonymous with inspiration and motivation for people in a given environment. On the other hand, leadership itself carries with it the responsibility for taking actions and decisions that would likely be crucial and with them should show integrity in everything a leader would do. And it should be a benchmark for others in his environment," he says.
