After agreeing on the terms of the change of position, it is necessary to prepare an additional agreement on the transfer to another position. It is drawn up in two copies, which from a legal point of view have equal force. After signing, one of them remains with the employee, the second is filed in the personnel documents folder. amended clauses of the employment contract;

As we have already said, after the transfer agreement is signed by both parties, the employer signs the order for transfer to another position. The order itself is prepared by a specialist in the HR department, and the head of the organization only puts his signature, after which the transferred employee signs as a sign of familiarization with the document.

In principle, any employee can prepare the text of the order: from the assistant director to a specialist in the legal department or even the accounting department. This entry, like all others, is assigned a serial number, and the date of entry is indicated. In the column "Information about work" it is necessary to indicate the date from which the employee will be listed at the new place. Column 4 is intended for the registration data of the transfer order.
