At different stages of community development, community managers are engaged in both attracting and retaining the audience, and also work to return users to the community. How to attract an audience:

Monitoring industry forums, communicating with users, and even developing joint marketing campaigns can become part of his or her work.

Networking is everywhere and everywhere. It often happens that communication managers are distinguished by their ability to easily make new acquaintances, actively represent their interests, attract new participants and find promising opportunities for cooperation for business.
