How to export your data:
Click the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top-left corner.
Go to Settings.
Click on Advanced.
Scroll down to Data and Storage and click on Export Telegram Data.
In the "Export Your Data" menu, choose what you want to export (chats, media, contacts, etc.) by checking the corresponding boxes.
Under "Media export settings," adjust the size limit if needed (the default is 8MB).
Choose the download path on your computer where you want to save the backup.
Select the format for your data:
