What's New in iPadOS 18: A Complete Overview of the iPad Operating System

Post by bitheerani319 »

At WWDC 2024, Apple presented updated operating systems for all its devices, including iPad. iPadOS 18 has a lot of interesting features that allow users to customize their tablets to their personal preferences. Home screen customization, Control Center changes, new effects for iMessage, and an advanced built-in calculator are all now available on iPad. We tested the first beta version of iPadOS 18 and are ready to tell you about all the innovations.

App Icons on iPad
In iPadOS 17, Apple allowed users to customize the hungary mobile database lock screen, add widgets, and change wallpapers, fonts, and other elements. iPadOS 18 continues this trend by expanding the desktop customization options. You can now choose the color of app icons and sync them with your wallpaper. By default, the color palette of icons adapts to the light or dark theme of the interface.

If you want something more personal, you can change the icons to any color. The changes even apply to third-party app icons, although for now the dark theme only applies the new design to built-in apps. Developers will have to update their apps to support this feature, which is likely to happen in the coming months.
