Subsequently, research was conducted into which forms of information respondents find most appealing. The answers to this question show that companies with links to articles or links to websites in their tweets are the most successful. These forms of information appeal to 84% and 74% of respondents fairly or completely, respectively. Furthermore, photos (67%) and standard tweets (60%) are rated fairly positively. Standard tweets are tweets without a link or reference. Quotes and retweets score the worst and videos are also seen as a less pleasant form of content. What amount of tweets do Twitter users find acceptable?
In general, Twitter users like it when companies send one or more tweets per day. Almost half of the lithuania phone number list respondents (49%) find it acceptable when companies do this more than once per day and 42% find one tweet per day sufficient. The remaining 9% are satisfied with less. It should be noted with this conclusion that the more active the respondent is on social media, the more messages he or she accepts from companies per day.
