It is striking that 'old' information and communication tools such as newspapers, TV guides, telephone calls and text messages no longer seem to be sufficient to fill the gaping hole left by the internet. They are simply too slow for the current generation to keep you up to date: if you are at tweet speed , you obviously do not want to go back to a lower gear. And because of this, many participants feel cut off from the world and stuck in their own 'bubble'.
