For individual accounts, the initial transaction limit is 200,000. If you sold 150,000 courses on March 14, then in the 30 days starting from March 14, that is, until April 12, your transaction limit will only be 50,000. Once it exceeds this limit, the transaction will fail and you must ask students to pay by ATM or convenience store, or immediately apply to Lanxin to increase their credit card transaction limit.
Basically, when the transaction reaches about 80%, you can apply to Lanxin to increase the amount . In order to prevent the seller from running away with the money, Lanxin has a limit on the amount it can adjust each time. For corporate accounts, it starts from 600,000, and the sequence is approximately 800,000 → 1 million → 1.2 million → 1.5 million.
The actual adjustment amount will be decided by the Lanxin review party, and the final notification from the customer service staff will prevail. The judgment may be made based on the company's size, establishment time, capitalization, etc. (If there is a physical product, you can provide DM or book cover as proof.)
Margin Description
Due to risk management regulations, when you ask Lanxin to adjust the transaction limit to more than 2 million, you will have to start paying a deposit.
The margin paid is usually calculated as the adjusted difference * 10%. For example, if the amount is adjusted from 2 million to 2.5 million, the margin is 500,000*10%, which is 50,000 yuan. However, the actual percentage collected will still be based on the riskiness of the product and the assessment of Lanxin’s risk control unit.
The security deposit is a concept of a deposit, which will be returned after 120 days. There are two ways to pay the security deposit, one is to remit the money separately; the other is to deduct it directly from the Blue New virtual account (most people use this method, if the balance is insufficient, you need to make up for it first).
How to apply for an increase in your credit card transaction limit
Usually when the credit card transaction limit reaches 80%, you will start to receive notification emails automatically sent by Lanxin. (As shown below)
