1.- Access and download exports from the platform
You probably use the export tool to transfer lists, reports and data in general to your email. Well, there is an option where you can access and download these files from the same platform.

In the top right corner, next to the user icon, there is a drop-down menu where you will see your recent exports. Clicking on any of them will bring up the option to download to your PC.

2.- Keep your most used colors fixed
If you have corporate colors that you use in your communications and digital marketing channels, you'll know that every time you use them you have to enter the color code. Well, there's a way to save them in the editor's color picker .

Go to Content Settings , then Colors and Fonts and Color Picker Favorites. Choose your colors and save them. It's really useful for giving continuity to your brand image, and it also saves you a lot of time.



3.- Change columns in lists
Go to Contacts > Lists . Click on the name of a list, then click the button with four vertical lines in the upper right corner.

If you want to remove a property, under Selected Columns select the trash can icon. In the Available Columns section select the check box next to the property you want to add.
