After that, in the early 2000s, with the popularization of the Internet, especially among young people, blogs became a real craze.
Since social networks were not yet so popular - MySpace was only created in 2003, Orkut in 2004 and Twitter in 2006 - people used blogs to tell others a little about their lives.
Especially in Brazil, a phenomenon has invaded the Internet: photologs , or flog ones.

The world against blogs
Then people started using blogs for other, much more professional purposes ivory coast phone data writing about specific topics, the routine of their area of activity and news, for example.
And because of the ease and accessibility of this channel, people began to use the blog more and more as a source of consumption of all kinds of information.
Within this context, in 2007, the newspaper Estado de São Paulo carried out a campaign against the consumption of content on blogs.
On this occasion, the newspaper stated that there was no way to know who was really behind the blogs, and that it was therefore necessary to be careful and not consume any type of online content.
In practice, we can understand what really happened: online newspapers were losing their space in relation to other channels that also promoted news and information useful to people.
However, many times these were not communication companies, but rather professionals or even ordinary people sharing knowledge.
Shortly after that, the newspaper itself started publishing reports about the blogs' attempt to "consolidate their credibility", bringing the discussion to the forefront of the world: how to believe in a blog?
And obviously many people have been left with a suspicion regarding this type of content, which has not stopped more and more people from creating and reading blog content.
