There are many different ways to act in favour of sustainability , and all of them are very valid! That is why today we want to present the new tool created by the NGO “Friends of the Earth” in its campaign against obsolescence (a problem caused by the fall into disuse of machinery, equipment and technology due to insufficient performance of their functions). This is called Alargascencia, which seeks to encourage and promote the reuse of products and, consequently, sustainability .

Changing habits towards a more responsible model is an important driving force for moving towards a more just and supportive society.

The website offers many alternatives available to extend the shelf life of products in the different provinces of the Spanish State. As it is a collaborative project, the number of initiatives is growing thanks to the contribution of users, whom the association invites to participate by suggesting new possible establishments.
