I originally started working in human resources to utilize my knowledge and experience in the human resources industry.
For example, I have experience in sales promotion for new graduate media such as Rikunabi and Mynavi, and
I also have experience as an outsourcer for event attraction and recruitment activities, so
I have experience in recruiting in a wide variety of industries, business types, and scales.
I had two questions:
1) The web is mainstream, but digital marketing is not popular.
2) "Is hiring just a matter of numbers?" The battle to process information
Regarding ①, the main medium for president email database recruiting new graduates is the web.
More specifically, the mainstream method is to advertise job openings on portal sites that mainly focus on recruiting new graduates and
attract customers online.
With the spread of smartphones, it has become easier to gather information these days,
and users gather information before taking action, regardless of whether they are hiring someone or not.
For this reason, recruitment information is being promoted through owned media such as recruitment websites and
through the creation of accounts on social media, but
the company does not have an organization dedicated to digital marketing.
Regarding ②, when formulating KPIs, the most common answer was "the number of people hired for a certain position."
I thought this was because the budget was set for the entire year and it was easy to measure the cost-effectiveness, but
by focusing too much on numbers, there were also some excessive creative battles.
I believe that mismatches in recruitment are unavoidable, but
why do we "recruit"? I strongly believe that we should not deviate from that purpose.
However, from the HR side, I was unsure whether.
The first question I had about recruiting
