Content planning with Asana

Post by zihadhasan010 »

Asana is also popular for project management. Like Trello, you can create "whiteboards" - also known as Kanban boards - for your content plan, which you can fill with tasks, responsibilities, sub-projects, etc. as you wish. As an alternative to the board, you can also work with list views . You can also use Asana from all your devices and receive notifications.

Please note: In the free subscription version of Asana, only up to 15 users in total can collaborate.

Example of an editorial plan in Kanban board style
A classic editorial plan example for a content plan on Trello is based on singapore phone data whiteboard project planning. The columns "In progress", "in correction", "posted" etc. represent the internal workflow . Work with the team to find out which columns are relevant for everyone.

The "cards" that you then add under the columns are your individual articles, postings or other content. You can add information about content, format, responsibility and channel to these cards, for example . A deadline and the publication date should also be included.

In addition to the "Workflow" version, there are other ways to design the columns of such boards, for example by month - here the workflow is then recorded on the cards themselves. If you manage different content formats , you can also use these as the main categories for the columns, for example "Blog", "Instagram", "Video". But this can quickly become confusing on the cards.
