What the workforce of the future will look like after the pandemic

Post by bitheerani319 »

The coronavirus crisis has changed the way we interact, the media, the technology and the work we do. Humanity has never experienced such rapid and universal change. It is therefore not surprising that the workforce of the future will also be different.

We host live parties with our friends via Instagram .
Teachers are uploading lessons to rcs data mexico for the first time.
Doctors are using FaceTime or Google Duo for telemedicine services with their patients.
Musicians are streaming concerts live on Facebook.
Consumers use Apply Pay to purchase essential services remotely.
Workers use Teams to digitally collaborate with their colleagues .
The “new normal” will involve changes in education, jobs, and industries. But perhaps the biggest changes will affect the workforce of the future, Generation Z. This generation (those born after 1998), has grown up in a post-9/11 world and during the Great Recession. Now, during the most formative time of their lives, they are facing a challenge no other generation has had to confront. This unprecedented event will have an indelible influence on their behaviors, decisions, and expectations.

Despite headlines about how younger generations are ignoring the threat of the health crisis, 93% of Gen Z and millennials are being affected by its spread . Additionally, 74% of middle and high school students have stopped going to school. “Anxious” and “cautious” are the top two emotions Gen Z and millennials highlight about how they feel right now.
