1. Increase your visibility

2. Be recognized for your success
It may seem obvious, but the more successful you are, the more likely a recruitment consultancy will approach you. People who stand out (in a good way) are easier to find. Unfortunately, seeing yourself as successful isn't enough. What matters is what others think of you.
Are there enough people who will recommend you and suggest your name if you ask for their opinion? If so, ask them to add a recommendation to your LinkedIn profile. People (and recruiters and headhunters) will notice.
