Create clear processes with Scrum ceremonies

Post by Reddi1 »

Agile projects follow cyclical procedures in which ceremonies involving the team and the client are essential. Ceremonies are quick meetings to monitor the pace of the project and detect potential problems that arise along the way.

In general, as shown in the image below, we assign a number to all the tasks that need to be completed in the project with the help of the client, and we set priorities to finish all the deliverables. Next, we determine the length of the Sprint, which can range from one week to four weeks, and we decide which tasks are going to be completed in that Sprint. Until the delivery day, we have daily 15-minute stand-ups to find out what each team member is doing, what obstacles have arisen, and what we are going to do before the next meeting.

How to plan a sprint in the Agile methodology

When the sprint is complete, we present the work to the client, and then the team meets again to discuss what improvements we can make and to do a retrospective analysis of the project so far.

The main ceremonies in Scrum are:

Sprint Planning Meeting.

Daily Scrum Meeting.

Sprint Review/Demonstration Meeting.

Sprint Retrospective Meeting.

Use collaborative and management tools
Salesforce is a CRM for business management that allows us uae phone number data to automate a multitude of processes, save time and organize all our activities on a single platform. A very useful software if you want to scale within the digital transformation of your company, and that facilitates sales enablement within the organization.

Within Salesforce we have a Reporting tool to break down the tasks of each team by project and to count the time spent on each activity. It is not the only way to do it: you can use other apps such as Trello, Asana or TaskRay that allow you to keep track of virtual teams and ensure that no one loses sight of the tasks assigned to them.
