7 steps to develop the art of public speaking

The salesperson needs to know how to speak well. This art — which allows the person, above all, to persuade the listener of the truthfulness of what he or she is saying — is called oratory. The word itself means “to speak.” It is used in various activities, such as politics, law, religious preaching and in commerce; when it comes to getting the consumer to buy a product.

1. Take a public speaking course
