Brainster Next College – Highlights 2022

In the year when Brainster – the leader in informal education in Macedonia celebrates its 7th birthday , it opened Brainster Next College – the first accredited practical IT faculty in our country. Brainster, from an organization with only a few employees in 2015, is today a company with 50+ full time employees and 150+ associates, united by rcs data philippines curiosity and passion for creating quality educational products. One of the most important goals of Brainster is to provide high-quality education for the professions of the 21st century and today, after 7 years of existence, over 11,000 students from 4 countries have passed through the academies and courses, of which more than 80% have been helped by Brainster to launch their desired career. And, with many years of experience and the application of the best practices learned at Brainster Next College, we strive to achieve even greater success in the future.

As the new year begins, we want to take this moment to reflect on the 10 most important moments that will make 2022 memorable !

We successfully implemented the project "Study now, pay after employment!"
Brainster Next College invested 2.5 million euros to provide future students with access to quality higher education and created the project “Study Now, Pay After Employment!” The main motive behind this investment by Brainster Next College and the launch of this project was to help remove the primary concern of students and their parents when deciding on a study choice – and that is finances. This factor when choosing a faculty and field of study is the one that most often distracts students from reaching for quality and advanced programs. Through the project Study Now, Pay After Employment!, Brainster Next College provides the opportunity and certainty that this factor will no longer be a problem. At the same time, this is the only concept of financial benefit for students that is not based on rankings and calculations for past work (grades from secondary education and results from taking the state matriculation exam), but on the contrary, on their competencies, abilities, affinities and desire to achieve more and progress.

We held the first Open and Career Days
On August 25th, we held the first Open Day at Brainster Next College, and at the end of the event, the result was that the first group of students was filled and places were reserved for the next ones! At the Open Day, attendees had the opportunity to follow the interactive practical lectures of some of the professors of the first practical IT faculty in our country and thus gain insight into the way in which lectures would take place at the faculty itself.

And, on Career Day , students had the opportunity to meet Jana Todorovska – team lead of the Partnership team of Brainster and Brainster Next College – the main “culprit” for 300+ employments of students from Brainster academies in 2022 alone. With great enthusiasm and a certain surprise to help all students of Brainster Next College start their first career experience, Jana explained to them all the successes we have achieved so far and which practices made it possible. Petar Ninovski – founder of Brainster and Brainster Next College, as well as some of the professors, also participated in the career workshop, and at the end of the day, the smiles and satisfaction on the faces of students and parents gave us even greater motivation to work and focus on improving education.
