For all the reasons we've just explained, measuring and controlling your deliverability should be one of your top areas of concern.

To find out how your emails are performing, you can use three different methods:

Manual reporting: This is the easiest method and involves monitoring email open rates. However, it is a lengthy and not very accurate way of doing it.
Deliverability features of your favorite tool: Many marketing or sales solutions include reports and display data such as open rates and/or email deliverability. If you use LaGrowthMachine, you will get all of this information in great detail.
Email deliverability tracking tools: You can connect these tools to your sales or marketing software to track the performance of your campaigns and analyze the data, recognizing potential issues and improving your score.

We do not recommend manually tracking your email deliverability as it is very lengthy and time consuming.

However, the second or third solutions are good, with their own pros and cons.

To choose between them, you will need to consider the cost of each tool, compare the features they offer, and vp risk email lists decide which one best suits your needs.

What is a good deliverability rate for your emails?
That's the million dollar question.

Currently, marketing studies give us an average deliverability rate of around 80%, across all industries combined.

However, 80% is not a good deliverability rate.

This means that out of every 1,000 emails sent, 950 should reach inboxes, while 50 will end up in spam folders, or never reach their destination.

This includes LinkedIn, Twitter and email channels.
One of the main goals of any marketing professional is to get their emails to 100% of their subscribers.

However, this is a difficult goal to achieve. A more reasonable goal would be to achieve

A maximum bounce rate of 2-3 % – which has a huge impact on your deliverability.
A delivery rate of 93% or higher is generally considered good from a bulk email service provider.
A maximum spam rate of 1%.
Additionally, the platform you use for email correspondence affects the deliverability of your emails.

All providers have varying rates, but they typically range between 85% and 88%.

If you use LaGrowthMachine for your email sequences while adhering to our deliverability guidelines (regarding custom domain tracking, email SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records), you should be able to deliver at least 95% of your emails.
