The requirements to access the Digital Kit program for companies with less than 10 employees are the same as for other segments, with the obvious requirement of meeting the specific requirements for each call. Therefore, the required requirements are the following:
Not being considered a company in crisis in accordance with the provisions of article 2.18 of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1237 of 23 July 2021, as set out in Annex II of the Regulatory Bases.
Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations .
Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order following a previous decision by the European Commission declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
Not be subject to any other prohibitions provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies. These prohibitions will also affect those companies which, due to the persons who govern them or medical practice email database other circumstances, may be presumed to be a continuation or derived, by transformation, merger or succession, from other companies in which these have been present.
