Execution. When the model is ready, it immediately becomes executable. The system starts sending specific tasks and the information needed to solve them to specialists. The staff gets acquainted with the problems in the user interface, processes them, and can add their comments.

Control. The system tracks the execution of tasks, after which it generates consolidated reports. It includes unfulfilled tasks, time to solve problems and their number, KPI, etc., with the help of analytical tools, problem areas are identified and all business processes are controlled.

Improvement. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to change the process models right in the course of work. At the same time, it is possible to compare different versions for a visual verification of the results of the implemented improvements.

The cyclicality of this method of company management is much better than simple automation. The advantage is the prompt ability to make changes to production or technological activities, cost reduction, impact on business productivity, and growth of consumer value.

The essence of the process approach should not be understood as simply drawing blueprints. This is erroneous thinking. Also, the perception of modeling as a simple schematic work process will not be entirely correct. There is a certain sequence of execution of various operations by each performer. Any model will take into account what information will be available to the employee to perform this or that activity, what steps need to be taken and what will be the result.
