As their business grew, they started the Barcelona chapter. ‍After operating remotely from Australia and the United States, they now wanted to open their first office. And in February 2019 they decided on Barcelona. Their first employee was Daniel Aguilón.

Daniel successfully led the Spanish team for a year, until COVID-19 brought the world to a standstill in the blink of an eye.

Daniel and his team have accumulated over 30 clients in the 13 months that they were able to do business.

The pandemic hit Spain particularly hard, so closing for a while – as happened with all companies – became a necessity. But Serviceform remained active in Spain, waiting for an opportunity to get back in the game. This opportunity came in early 2022, when they brought Daniel back as Country Manager for Spain in the hopes of hiring more employees and reopening the Barcelona office.

"Relaunching the office in Spain was like coming home," says Daniel. "We see tremendous potential in the Spanish market and are very excited to expand our operations in the country."

Now bigger and better


As of April 2022, Serviceform has assembled a Spanish team of six, while looking to expand further. And compared to when they closed the Barcelona office in 2020, Serviceform’s toolset has grown exponentially.

Serviceform now houses 13 tools under its banner that help businesses generate leads, convert them into customers, and manage them. Not only that, the team has grown to over 50 members in four countries, with the new goal of taking its suite of tools to the international market.
