In the first period of 2021, our main goal was to release the service "CRM Marketing for Real Estate" . We launched a landing page to which we needed to bring traffic.
Real estate is something we are good at. We have several clients-developers for whom we achieve impressive results: on one project the ROI is 6332%. We have a good idea of how to build work in this area. At the same time, the clients are large, with a long life cycle, which is profitable for us. Therefore, we were interested in trying something new to attract such clients.

So, we were thinking about how to attract traffic to this page, and we came up with the idea of doing an offline newsletter. And since the basis of our marketing is quality content, we weren’t planning on making “buy from us” brochures with a clip art builder in a hard hat giving a thumbs up and a plastic smile. We wanted our newsletter to be useful to the iraq email list recipients.
And then we decided to tell them what quality online marketing for developers could look like. From experience, we know how clients are impressed by complex, voluminous schemes. So we decided to show mailing schemes. This is the poster we got:
We printed it on an adhesive backing so it could be easily hung on the wall. And of course, there were marked links that led to the landing page. In the form of a QR code and a shortened link.
But it still had to be sent out.
Newsletter
Sending out the posters turned out to be a non-trivial task. We wanted to send them beautifully and ordered 100 cardboard tubes with gold caps. And to interest the recipient, we made stickers explaining the value of the tube contents — increasing the open rate of the tubes
This gave us focus and transparency in our work
