The main task of the CEO at this level is to clearly and accurately determine what worries potential buyers, and then offer them the simplest, but at the same time effective solution in the form of a product or service.

Third level: finding clients

After the product has been formed, the main task is to inform the target audience about it, attract the attention of potential buyers, that is, introduce consumers to the company's product or service.

At this stage, sales and how does cash app work marketing come to the fore. One of the most common mistakes of beginning entrepreneurs is to postpone the search for tools and channels for attracting potential buyers until the product is released. Most new businessmen think that customers will start recommending the product to their relatives and friends immediately after the start of sales, and investors will be happy to invest in a young growing company with great potential.

Roles of CEO at different stages of company development

In reality, the picture looks much sadder: investors very often do not intend to finance a business without an established system of sales and promotion of products. And if the company does manage to attract third-party funds, they are often spent on channels that do not bring the planned results. Such a situation usually leads to ruin, if additional cash flows are attracted - they, as a rule, do not bring success either.

The conclusion is simple: think through product distribution channels and ways to attract customers in advance.

Level 4: Setting up and debugging the analytics system

Organizing feedback with the company's clients and debugging the analytics system are some of the fundamental tasks for any CEO. Before launching product production, setting up advertising campaigns and establishing distribution channels, the manager needs to make sure that all of this can be measured, calculated, planned and evaluated. An enterprise cannot operate without an analytics system: it is what helps create in-demand goods and services based on real data, not on the speculation or assumptions of entrepreneurs.

Feedback is also very important. Collect customer feedback in all possible ways: any particular case of an individual consumer can be taken as an opportunity to improve the product in order to minimize the risk of repeating this situation in the future with other buyers.
