Organization of logistics

The commercial director must know how logistics tasks are distributed between employees and entire departments. He must subordinate these functions to established rules. If necessary, he must use outsourcing. The commercial director's job responsibilities include tasks related to goods, transport, financial and information flows of logistics. If the organization's staff or market is transformed, the top manager must restructure this area.
Depending on the structural division of the organization and the scale of the enterprise, the director of commercial issues can take on the tasks of the department. He acts in one of the roles:
