Such people need to be constantly monitored, every step checked and, what is even worse, persuaded to complete this or that task. Such employees also have difficulty answering questions. Instead of making a decision, they will look for someone to whom this responsibility can be shifted.

However, if any controversial issues arise, he will have to answer. Avoiding responsibility in the spirit of "Well, I wasn't there" clearly characterizes a dependent employee who is not ready to take responsibility for his mistakes.
"It's all Mercury Retrograde"
A bad employee is ready to blame the entire outside world in order to avoid admitting his own failures.
Mom didn't wake me up for work; Ivan Petrovich didn't order the cutters and the plan "went off"; Nicaragua's economy caused the ruble to fall; Tuesday is the worst day for sales, etc. Hundreds of reasons behind which an employee will hide, promising that next month he will definitely start working more efficiently.
