Types of Internal Communication Tools
There are 4 main types of tools for building internal communication in an organization:
Informational
Aimed at informing the company's employees about all events and innovations taking place in the company. This could be a stand with announcements, orders and instructions of the management, corporate media: a magazine, a newspaper, regular mailings, a portal with a systematized information base. The main thing is that each employee is given the opportunity to use the necessary information without distracting colleagues.
Analytical
Allow subordinates to become familiar with management plans, and the administrative and management department to understand the expectations of the company's employees. Various tools are used to obtain feedback: specially designed questionnaires and surveys, forms for familiarizing the manager with new ideas and rationalization proposals, forums on the company's website for discussing production issues, personnel monitoring, etc.
Communicative
This type of tools includes corporate events, team building, trainings, seminars, conferences, professional competitions and contests, and training of company personnel.

Management should remember that people have a strong need to communicate and form relationships with others of their own kind, so in order to build a strong team, in addition to exchanging work information, it is necessary to create conditions for positive personal interaction and effective internal communications.
Organizational
The success of any company largely depends on how well each employee is aware of the company's goals and their contribution to the common cause. Organizational tools include general staff meetings, work planning meetings and conferences, development and implementation of corporate standards, and informational appeals from management.
