For a month now, the general data protection telegram data regulation has been in force. Better known as GDPR, this European decision impacts the processing of a company's data. The general data protection regulation is a reinforcement of the laws already in force. Indeed, the Data Protection Act of 1978 are the beginnings of this regulation.

In the context of international trade, the European Commission has decreed the standardization of data protection laws. This is in order to overcome problems related to data transfers within the same country or the European Union.

The General Data Protection Regulation is a big change for everyone, as it involves restructuring in companies. The rights of individuals are the prism of this law that aims to better protect users from new technologies. By new technologies we mean social networks, the rise of the web and the personal data that we transmit.

This regulation has a real impact on the strategies of companies which will no longer be able to purchase and/or retain data.

So, let’s see how to comply with the general data protection regulations?
Since 2012, the question of GDPR has been on the European Commission's shelves. It aims to deal with the increase in fraud but also in international exchanges of customer-prospect files.

Three years later, the Council of the European Union, the Parliament and the European Commission approved the text of the GDPR. On December 15, 2015, the General Data Protection Regulation was born and adopted 5 months later. The three decision-makers of the GDPR allowed two years for the regulation to be effective across the European Union.
