From implementation to adoption to anticipate the transition

Post by bitheerani90 »

The past few months have allowed site managers who wanted to stay on the Google suite to implement GA4. It was important to anticipate this exercise to collect data as early as possible and build a history that can be used in the coming years. At the same time, Universal Analytics is still being updated to belgium mobile database continuity of analyses. One of the pitfalls of this deployment phase was thinking that GA4 was a simple version update. Since GA4 has its own data model, it was necessary to properly understand this implementation phase to take full advantage of the tool. Some reports are specific to GA4, as are some activations and integrations.

Over the past few weeks, we've been working with our clients to accelerate the GA4 adoption and change management phase. With data collection now complete and reports now available, a new phase of understanding the data collected is essential to support the gradual transition to the tool within organizations.

Beyond the functional differences mentioned above, the challenge for stakeholders is to understand the new data sets accessible from the interface. What does the modeling imply in terms of traffic and conversions? What does a cross-path between an application, the mobile site, and the desktop mean, and what are the consequences for attributing conversions to the right acquisition levers? How can a new indicator such as "Probable purchase in the next 7 days" be interpreted and used in Google Ads? These questions are not trivial and may be of a nature to worry the user, who will most likely also notice data discrepancies between the two versions of Google Analytics. While there is no need to worry, an in-depth analysis is worth carrying out to understand and explain these differences and disseminate them within the organization.
