Natural Language Processing – NLP for short:

is also known in German as natural language processing. Chatbots and voice assistants typically communicate intensively with humans to help them with a specific problem. In order to interact with humans effectively, the programs require a certain understanding of language. Natural language processing is based on a complex neural network that processes language.
NLP is required when using intelligent chatbots, but especially with voice assistants like Alexa and Siri, to understand, analyze, and implement spoken commands. NLP works as follows:
Speech recognition
Breaking down the recorded voice prompt into its individual components (words, sentences)
Recognizing basic forms of words and registering grammar
recognizing word order in sentence structure such as nouns etc.
Recognizing sentences, sentence structures and contexts
realizing the meaning of what was said
RPA
Robotic Process Automation stands for "Robotic Process Automation" and describes the japan phone number data automation of regular, rule-based operational processes using robots that would otherwise have to be performed by humans. However, RPA does not refer to manufacturing machines that can be touched by hand, but rather to software applications that interact virtually with other interfaces, thus making work easier for humans.
Virtual Assistant
The functional purpose of virtual assistants is to support users with small everyday tasks. Virtual assistants are software-based and usually focused on a specific topic. However, a few virtual assistants can handle multiple topics simultaneously (horizontal AI). Most assistants use voice to communicate, which makes them voice assistants. Therefore, all voice assistants are also virtual assistants, while virtual assistants are not always voice assistants and communicate via voice.
The best-known virtual assistants or voice assistants are the products of the leading companies in the field of artificial intelligence: Alexa, Siri, Google Home Assistant and Cortana.
Chatbots
Chatbots are simple or complex software programs that can communicate with a human or another system via text or voice. The chatbot can respond to individual trigger words, meaning it can be programmed based on rules, but it can also learn with the help of artificial intelligence and answer complex queries automatically without human intervention.
