The inspiration behind the talk: "Earn It"

Inspired by the film Saving Private Ryan, André explained that the theme of the talk was born from a deep reflection on sacrifice and the value of actions.
He recalled the famous scene in which Captain Miller, upon rescuing Private Ryan, tells him “Earn it.”
At the end of the film, when Private Ryan, now job function email database adult, wonders if he deserved the sacrifice of so many lives, André wonders what deserving really means in the context of a business.
“If I’m here today, it’s because a client paid my monthly fee yesterday. If I’m here, it’s because someone believed in my work,” said André, highlighting that time is our most valuable resource.

The answer, according to him, lies in the basic principles of an entrepreneurial mindset: honesty, efficiency, complicity, responsibility and anticipation of problems . But he issued a warning: delivering only the basics is synonymous with mediocrity.
