Every year we hold the RubyRussia conference in Moscow . In addition to guests, the entire Evrone team gathers there. In a crowd of hundreds of Ruby developers, our employees can be recognized by a T-shirt or sweatshirt with Ruby. Although this is becoming more and more difficult every year - Ruby has won the sympathy of many conference guests. Guys began to approach the company's founder and RubyRussia organizer Oleg Balbekov with questions about where to buy merch. Now Ruby can drop by your office.
The highlight of the party
Ruby had a busy 2017, attending Burning Man, attending our 10th anniversary, looking at greeting card guests, and showing up at Evrone partners.
The anniversary was followed by the New Year. The guests received a whole family of bears: on a postcard, a wine tube, a box of chocolates and an envelope from a vinyl record. We carefully selected the vinyl in small shops, looking for classical works and records in good condition.
After the holidays, we heard from partners, ig database employees and friends that each element of the big gift found a response: wine from adults, chocolate from children, and neither of them dared to throw away the tube with our Ruby. The records prompted 5 of our friends to start the year with the implementation of a long-standing idea - buying a record player.
This year, Ruby will bring new surprises and perhaps push the team and partners to new adventures.
We thank our friend and designer Evgeny Artemyev for the creation of our bear; he has been creating new images for Ruby for 4 years now.
