It promotes the creation of employment, in the case of the unemployed, and extra knowledge for workers. Thus, as there are different modalities, you can take courses online, in-person or semi-in-person.

I will focus on the title of the post: What can training for employment do for you?
Well, it's very easy, it will help you acquire the knowledge you need to be competent in a specific professional area.
In addition, in the Youth Guarantee courses you will be able to obtain a job placement in companies through mandatory work experience in the case of Professional Certificates.
They are designed to put into practice everything learned during the theoretical sessions and to teach you how to handle yourself in a real work environment with everything that this implies.
These internships are always carried out, except for two exceptions. The first is that from the beginning the certificate is not offered in full, but only the theoretical modules are offered. And the second is due to your refusal, either for personal reasons, because the schedule is incompatible with you, distance, etc.
Although it is most common to do internships in companies , it may be the case that they are carried out in the training center itself as long as it has the appropriate facilities.
The employment contract, which is associated with some professional certificates, is only for a percentage of students who successfully complete a certificate, but be careful, this percentage depends on all the groups that take place throughout the year. This contract is offered to you in the same way as the internships, that is, if you are selected but for whatever reason you do not want to accept it, you are within your rights. This is the only case in which the contract would not be carried out, your place being passed on to another person.
As you can see, there is no trick, and both internships and hiring are always carried out, except for the exceptions I told you before.
On the other hand, if you are unemployed, training for employment can be a good solution to increase your skills and improve your CV. I know that this situation is complicated, but it all depends on how you approach it, that is, you can list of brazil cell phone numbers sit back and do nothing or see an opportunity to change, improve and do those things you have always wanted to do.
However, you should not forget that this training should be focused on your professional career, that is, do not take courses just because you think they will give you a job. Do what you like and, within your sector, choose the one with high employability.
Workers can also benefit from this type of training in two ways: either through courses scheduled by the administrations for them or through courses contracted by the company they work for. Whatever your employment situation, whether employed or unemployed, you can continue to acquire knowledge with training for employment. You will grow professionally and that is positive!

If you have the opportunity to choose between vocational training and a professional certificate, don't hesitate and do the former. The latter is a waste of time and money.
