online course . When searching on the Internet, the offer is so wide that instead of finding a solution, you end up having more questions.

Choosing the perfect online course that suits our tastes or needs is not easy. So first think about what you are looking for, your possibilities and what can benefit you for your future.

At Femxa, we are committed to online training as the training of the future, without restrictions and where you adjust the pace of the work to the course. So we encourage you to get going and look for that course you've been wanting to do.

Below, we answer the three most frequently asked questions that most discourage us from signing up for an online course.

Do you have to pay to take an online course?
Yes and no. On most online course sites you have to pay for the course you choose, there are all kinds of prices and all kinds of tastes. There is also the possibility of taking free courses, perfect for a good refresher course and staying active.

Here at Femxa we have the perfect “hybrid”. The courses we teach are 100% subsidised, meaning you won’t have to pay anything at all . The SEPE and the Autonomous Communities are in charge of this, you just have to worry about meeting the requirements for each course.

Who answers my questions?
It depends on the type of online course. When it is an open course, meaning that there are no registration periods and you can register freely, there is no personalized attention. Everything goes to a forum where the instructor or some of the students enrolled in the course can answer you.

Our philosophy is different. We understand that each student is different, and that asking a question in the open can be frustrating since we don't know if we will get a 100% answer. That's why we offer personalized attention with tutors at your disposal to answer your questions via email and free phone.

Is there any document proving that I have taken a course?
Many courses on most online training websites offer a certificate of completion. This has no official value or is of any use to you on a curriculum level, it is simply something personal.

At Femxa, you can obtain different recognitions at a more official level that can be useful when they ask you for a document proving that you have completed the course.

If you choose well, online training can be a great tool that you have control over . You decide when and where to use it. Here is a post on our blog where we tell you how to manage yourself when choosing online training. And if you still have questions, do not hesitate to leave your comments or contact us.

I think the most important part (at least for me) is that it has external recognition at the level of a public body or university. Because when I consider doing some extra training, what I want is for it to be as useful as possible in the workplace. For me, having the different courses approved is essential, since they provide me with market guidance, which is what I am looking for. For those of you who are interested, here is a good selection of courses recognized by different organizations.
