The picture shows the "Global City Hotline Service and Governance Effectiveness Evaluation Report " released at the " Beijing Complaint Handling Reform Forum" held in Beijing on December 18.
This report selected 20 representative cities from around the world for india phone number list scientific evaluation and comprehensively summarized the operating models and practical experience of global city hotlines.
Industry experts believe that the report systematically studies the development context and future trends of representative global city hotlines, and develops an independent and original governance indicator system to provide a panoramic portrayal of city hotline services and governance effectiveness.
It is understood that the research team and expert group of the report preliminarily selected more than 200 cities around the world, and determined 20 representative cities for evaluation by comprehensively considering principles such as the cities' global influence, population size, and regional representativeness.
From the perspective of good governance, the report focuses on four firstlevel indicators, 10 secondlevel indicators and 24 thirdlevel indicators that are common to urban hotlines, including process governance, collaborative governance, digital governance and responsive governance.
