Google's mission is to map and organize all information, and to present it to users in relevant ways. The creation of Google+ is said to have nothing to do with the success of Facebook ( right ), but the company sees it as a logical next step to offer this relevance by placing a social layer over all its products. Google's starting point: there are differences in the contacts you have. These symmetrical online friendships are not always desirable: after all, you are not best friends with everyone. By using circles , you decide for yourself with whom you share which content. Tinbergen went on to discuss functions such as:

A indicated interests: interesting for advertisers hong kong phone number list so AdWords are to be expected);
Hangouts (the old-fashioned chat room with a new look and feel from a social networking perspective);
Mobile (the Google+ Android app has an auto upload to make it easier to share photos and videos you take) and
+1 button (the multitude of information streams makes it difficult to find the right information: rely on the shared content of people you trust).
Not really earth-shattering. It was more fun to listen carefully to what was said between the lines. Tinbergen indicated that they do not really have much to offer on behalf of Google+: see it as a beta project with 25 million users (this figure is not confirmed by Google). More implementations will follow later this year, for example to be present as a company and extensive analytics to better manage engagement (the English terms are well established).
