Named in reference to Covid-19 and Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this system assesses the impacts of the pandemic on journalism and provides recommendations to facilitate the exercise of this profession. On a map and with the help of articles, RSF relays the obstacles reported by a network of journalists and correspondents around the world.
