Excursus: Lead Intelligence
In HubSpot, you have access to countless contact details. Use this information for your persona development. To do this, browse through the contact entries of your customers and qualified leads. What topics do they find particularly interesting? What do they look at on the website? This type of information can be used to identify trends.

Step 3: Summarize research results
Collect the answers you received, for example to your survey. You vnpay database need a good overview. Look for trends and tendencies in the answers. These should form the beginning of the persona story.

How many customers should you talk to?
There is no general answer to this. But you need valid data. It's best to talk to as many people as you can until trends emerge. You can also develop your buyer persona further at any time once you have collected more data.

Step 4: Write a persona story
Transform the development of the “persona summary” into a story. Your persona is not just a fact sheet with bullet points about your ideal customer. Instead, formulate a story that provides context and paints a coherent picture of who your persona really is.

It is a good idea to tell your persona story in five chapters:
occupation and demographic data
What does a normal day in the life of this persona look like?
What are the challenges or priorities?
Where does the persona get its information from?
What objections does the persona have to your product or service?
Our special tips:
Focus on the motives behind the behavior
It is not important what your persona does, but why they do it. When you develop the questions about the persona and then map the persona, look closely: why does a persona use a specific tool, why do they look for a specific solution and why do they want to achieve certain goals. Always ask why !
