The cloud as a service concept
A few years ago, Cloud strategy was based on a conversation about where to go: private or public. Today, we all understand the concept of Cloud as a service , where flexibility of choice allows for more freedom and agility for the business.
Today, in 2021, we find ourselves with clients who are beginning to develop their Cloud strategy along with others who are undergoing some repatriation of their cargo. Right now, companies are analyzing the place where their services can offer the greatest number of advantages and, above all, results oriented to the company and business objectives.
Of course, we no longer only work with a public or private cloud, but with the MultiCloud concept that is here to stay.
Obviously, the current challenges are well known and include the difficulty in decision-making, the difficult migration of the service or the complex operation for an IT department that is responsible not only for its own how to get us number for telegram Datacenter but for the different services and public cloud portals. Not to mention the protection or security strategy that must be implemented for each service according to the different regulators or the cost of the deployment not only in the pilot test but also when scaling the application.
However, all of these challenges can be mitigated with a hybrid cloud strategy.
A Hybrid Cloud Strategy
The path to a successful Cloud strategy is focused on making the private environment more agile, scalable and elastic, while ensuring that the services we adopt from public clouds are stable, secure and within the costs acceptable to the business. Strategically placing the services in the right environment, as determined by what the applications and the business need in each case.
We believe the goal is to achieve the same user experience, regardless of where the cargo is located, with technological and operational consistency. This would align operational needs by maintaining the same technological stack and facilitating the implementation of the same protection and security rules in each environment.
Of course, it is important to ensure that the costs associated with the defined strategy fall within the framework expected by the business.
Right now we see how 74% of organizations are betting on a strategy as a service. At Dell Technologies, with our APEX Project, we can help our clients with this strategy. Operating with security and confidence and protecting the investment by establishing an adaptable strategy that meets the constant change in which we find ourselves.
The result should be a flexible operating model that is aligned at all times with business needs.
