Creation of a unique custom-written personal account for the client's tasks.

Problem. The network consists of a large number of dealers scattered across the country and the world. It is difficult to monitor shipments. Integration of the personal account with 1C is necessary. It is also necessary to monitor unscrupulous dealers who undermine the brand's reputation.

Solution:

At the first stage, we held a briefing, during which we found out what the main needs and tasks of the client are. What exactly is a personal account needed for? The result of the briefing is a drafted technical specification for creating a personal account on the manufacturer's website.

We started prototyping. It consisted of four stages. The first: the basic interface (authorization, menu, profile, user management, catalog in viewing and editing modes). At the second stage, graphic prototypes of the main elements of the personal account were developed: basket, order placement, list of orders, etc. Then, summary account statistics and a system of internal notifications were created. A chat was designed. At the last stage, a dealer profile was developed: balances, order drafts, notifications oman consumer email list via messengers. We received 191 graphic prototypes.

Since the system was completely self-written and optimized for the customer's tasks, it weighed very little and worked quite quickly. We also included the ability to translate the personal account into several languages. This is a good option for dealers from other countries. Then we began developing the dealer's personal account with all the necessary functionality. Next came the testing and launch stage. For new users, we recorded text and video instructions on how to use the personal account.
