As a result of my specialization, the Marketing and Sales teams greatly improved alignment with each other!

After all, there is now one person focused on maintaining synergy between the two teams, analyzing data, coordinating meetings and acting in a practical way on the points of greatest need.

If before each of the teams had its own priorities, now we have been able to unite them in the same approach, and in this way join forces to improve the whole, and not just one part of it.

How can I start Product Marketing in my business?
The first step, of course, is to understand how this part of your Marketing is currently working and, from there, define your needs.

Do you already have bottom-of-the-funnel content? Is the hong kong phone data alignment between marketing and sales clear? Is there a marketing strategy focused on your product/service?

The answers to these questions will guide you in creating your product niche and help you understand how many people you'll need to get started.

In addition, it is important to understand, from all aspects, what your priorities are, always remembering that the results will be a consequence of the synergy between the product, marketing and sales.

This means that making just one of the intersection points of these areas will not be enough to achieve the same impacts we had here.

But it is very possible and essential that you at least start considering Product as part of the future of your Marketing team!
