Asphalt overburden maintenance
Overlay isn’t a “set it and forget it” solution—proper maintenance goes a long way toward preserving its longevity. Even tasks as simple as removing debris and applying a seal coat every few years can protect your example of taiwan phone number asphalt from the harsh effects of sun, water, and wear and tear.

Overlay maintenance generally follows the same principles as regular asphalt maintenance, but with some additional considerations:

Newer Surfaces: Overlays are new layers of asphalt, so they may be less prone to cracking initially than older asphalt.
Sealcoating Timing: It is generally recommended that ordinary asphalt be sealcoated every three to five years. With new overlay, the initial sealcoat may be applied after a longer period (approximately five to seven years), depending primarily on traffic patterns.
Regular maintenance work for asphalt covering also includes:

Use sealant to seal cracks and seams as needed
Repair or fill potholes
Sealing coating
Surface cleaning (sweeping and pressure washing)
Drainage maintenance (cleaning of catch basins, ditches and culverts)
Conduct regular inspections
