– Mission, vision and values: You can provide an overview of the company’s mission and values or divide it into sections. Here it is important to focus on the benefits, i.e. the important thing is to show the customer how your company can solve their problem/need.
– Team: You can dedicate a section to your team , showing each of the faces behind the company, talking a little about each of them (name, position, CV, interests and curiosities). This is another way to get closer and create a relationship with the consumer, especially in a small environment like ours, where we all know each other.
Here are some questions you should answer before you start writing your “about us” section:
– How did the company come about? What motivated you?
– Who were its founders?
– How many people were on the team at the time?
– How many people currently work in the company?
– What services/products do you offer?
– Why should I (the customer) purchase your product/service?
– What sets your company linkedin data apart from its competitors?
– What is the company’s mission (why does it exist, what is its greater purpose, who is it intended for)?
– What is the company’s vision (where do I want to go)?
– Any interesting facts about the company?
– Important/relevant company events/dates? (e.g. New facilities, new partners, partnerships;
-What are the values that represent you? (responsibility, commitment, diversity, innovation, integrity, security, humility, honesty, trust, empathy, focus, passion, creativity, etc.)

Here, you must make it very clear how your product or service can be an added value for the customer, demonstrating how their life would be better by working with your company.
Therefore, to make the user experience on your website as easy as possible, you should divide your products or services into categories. You can define the “main” categories, such as Wines, and divide them into subcategories, which in this case would be Reds, Whites and Rosés.
